Community Leisure is
part of Lewes District Council and manages the Downs, Lewes and
Meridian Leisure Centres, Seahaven Pool & Gym, Seaford Head Pool
and Southover Grange.
Our aim is to offer you
welcoming, well-equipped and up-to-date Centres that provide a wide
range of value-for-money activities. Our links with other
organisations - like health centres, Age Concern, schools and clubs
- have helped us to improve access and develop new activities,
including an Exercise Referral Scheme, holiday playschemes and set
up a district-wide gymnastics club.
We have achieved the
Investors in People standards for our commitment to staff training,
and have been awarded a Charter Mark and ISO 9001 accreditation for
our standards of service quality. We are Quest registered - the UK
Quality Award for leisure centres.
We are committed to
caring for the environment by meeting, and in some cases exceeding
European and international standards. |
